Our design guarantee promises that in addition to providing you with a custom, professional looking web site design, our team will implement the best elements that will assist in converting website visitors to customers as part the design process.

Website testing guarantee

Before being published to the Web, your site will be “put to the test”. Our team follows a rigorous inspection and review process to ensure that all links, navigation, browser compatibility, content, DNS, SSL, images, and transactional processes are working properly. If we find any errors, we’ll work quickly to rectify them.

We test every website before its launch to ensure that the code validates properly with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Websites that we develop are all coded in the latest practices of HTML5 & CSS3.

We perform extensive testing on all modern website browsers and also Apple IOS & Android Mobile devices to ensure that your website visually appears and functions properly.

OLD AND UNSUPPORTED BROWSERS

We are a forward thinking website firm and we feel that supporting older browsers is not beneficial to you in the long run, especially when a manufacturer no longer provides support for their browser.

The alternative approach which we support is taking the opportunity to educate website visitors as to why it is bad to be using old and unsupported browsers. We add JavaScript code to the website that will alert the user if they are using an outdated browser that their viewing experience may be lacking. The alert message also provides an educational link We test every website before its launch to ensure that the code validates properly with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

PCI Compliance guarantee

CTI Creative Group & CTI Networks, inc. are dedicated to preserving the integrity of your data and reducing fraud in the online transaction environment as a whole. We guarantee our processes and hosting environments to be PCI compliant and we continue to invest resources to the maintenance and rigors of our secure environment year after year.

For ecommerce websites, we ONLY support processing private information such as credit card information, etc. through a third party payment gateway service. We do not permit such sensitive information to be processed, stored or emailed via our servers.

As an online merchant, you are also required to maintain a PCI compliant environment for your business but you can rest-assured that if you select CTI Creative Group & CTI Networks, Inc. as your ecommerce partner and hosting provider, your role in the compliance process is greatly minimized.

Search engine friendly guarantee

The websites we build are designed with search-engine visibility in-mind. Our websites are developed to be HTML 5 compliant and are 100% Google index-able. Our platforms allow you to create unique title tags, and meta descriptions for each of your products and/or pages or, it will automatically generate them for you based on your page or product title and content. Our platforms will also generate clean URL strings including keyword-rich file names.

Please understand that search engines like Google rank your website in searches based upon the quality of your content and how it is relevant to what your visitors are searching for. By writing quality, value added content for your website, you are creating what is called organic content. Google and other major search engines use organic searches above all other methods. Keep this in mind when creating your content for your website.

We can get you started on the right path by creating a Google Analytics account for you. We are also able to provide a content creation guide that offers valuable tips for writing quality content for your website However, we are not able to offer content creation, or Internet marketing services at this time. Any of these services are considered outside of scope of the website project.

Project specifications (scope of work)

A successful website involves planning and good communication between everyone involved in the project.

We will work with you to discuss your needs and wishes and help you come to the best plan for moving forward.

Our proposals/contracts include a list of all required features based on your needs. We will also include requirements that are needed to successfully complete the project from our end. You will have the opportunity to review the proposal/contract before signing and agreeing to terms of service.

Any requests for changes to the features list after signing the contract will be considered outside the scope of the project and will be billed additionally at our website design hourly rate of $75 per hour.

Timelines and deadlines

Usually when you come to us seeking a new website; you are excited and want to see results quickly. However, design and development of a successful website takes time and careful planning. You will also want to give considerable attention to creating quality content for your new website.

We will provide you with an estimate of how long creation of a new website may take and a timeline of the milestones in-between. We will both be expected to adhere to this schedule and if a deadline has been missed, the website launch may be delayed.

IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED MORE TIME FOR GATHERING YOUR CONTENT; PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE CAN WORK WITH YOU!

In order to keep projects on track, CTI Creative Group offers the following incentives and penalties.

If you provide all content (text & photos) and other required elements within 20 business days of signing the contract, your website will launch on time or possibly early. Also, the cost of the website will be at the quoted price.

(to include any quoted discounts)

If a deadline for content is missed, unfortunately it will require adjustments to accommodate your project into our development schedule and it will postpone your website launch date.

Additionally, your project cost may potentially be billed higher than the quoted price if you decide to add additions to the scope of work after you have approved your contract.

If delays continue, CTI Creative Group will be forced to complete as much of the project as possible without the missing elements such as content.

In order to keep all accounts current, after 30 days of non-communication or delays. CTI Creative Group & CTI Networks, Inc. may bill you for what has been completed and add missing elements later. Additional charges at our hourly rate of $75 per hour may apply. We also reserve the right to sever our business relationship. At this point we will provide you with the incomplete website files on a storage device.

Primary contact person

We require a primary person be the one main contact between CTI Creative Group and your organization. This individual should also have final approval authority for answering questions and making changes. This is essential for clear and open communication between your organization and our design team.

Sending content and content approval

You are responsible for providing us with the images and text you want on your website. We require all content be sent to us in either via Email or if the files are too large, we can provide an online storage solution to upload your files. We require all content to be digital format and in final form when sent to us.

We are not able to accept hand-written, paper notes as content.

All text MUST be in a final format as you intend it to be viewed on your website. You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling & grammar has been checked and that all statements or information you are providing is accurate.

If you are providing content for products for an e-commerce website, you are responsible for ensuring that all images are clear and in the correct aspect ratio. All titles, descriptions, pricing, special notices, product codes, etc. must be provided to us before we will insert them into the website.

Before we insert any of the content into your website; we will require you to approve what you’ve sent us. We will provide you with a Content Approval Form which by signing you are granting us approval to move forward. A signature is required at this point and the project cannot move forward without it.

Mockups and design approval

We’ve been professional designers for over a decade, so we’ve pretty much seen it all. It’s our job to ask the right questions and create the perfect design for you. On rare occasions when a concept isn’t right the first time, we’ll take on-board your feedback and come back with one that is.

Additional mockups can be discussed and created at our standard hourly rate of $75 per hour.

Coding will begin only after the final mockup is approved and signed off by you, or your authorized representative. A signature is required before we can proceed with the project.

Final website launch approval

After we have performed all website testing as outlined in the “Website testing guarantee” section, we will then ask you to THOROUGHLY look over all text for errors that we may have missed. All functions, features, links, forms, etc. will need to be tested to ensure that everything works as intended.

Once you inform us that you are satisfied with the final product, we will provide you with a Final Website Approval Form which by signing you are granting approval to make your new website live. A signature is required at this point and the project cannot move forward without it. We also require the final payment for the cost of the website before your website will be able to “go live” to the web.

We will gladly correct any mistakes on our part at no extra charge. Any requested changes, after final approval, will be considered beyond the project scope and will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $75 per hour.

Website training

We provide one free hour of website training for any of our WordPress websites. In most cases we will provide a written guide that will contain step by step instructions on how to change specific areas of your website. If in the event that our instructions are unclear or confusing; a quick phone call can usually resolve most issues. You may also schedule a meeting if you’d like to go over anything about the web site or the provided instructions. Any additional training requested past the complimentary hour will be billed at our standard rate of $75 per hour.

We cannot guarantee that the Instructions we provide will always be visually consistent with the WordPress software interface. WordPress periodically updates its software and may change some of its methodology over time. If this happens we can provide simple advice & support, within reason, either on the phone or via Email. Upon request, additional and updated instructions can be provided at our standard hourly rate of $75 per hour.

We are unable to provide training or assistance for Non-WordPress content management solutions. We are also unable to provide training for any individual or company interested in updating their websites where no content management solution is in place.

Website consultation and advice

We are passionate about our work and love to share with others our expertise that comes from years of training and experience.

For a new or redesigned website

We provide one free hour for website Consultation either on the phone or at our office to discuss the possible options available to you. This only applies to prospective new clients or existing customers interested in a redesign.

Free Advice

In most cases, we’re happy to provide free support and advice for our customers if the question or issue has a simple solution. However, if we deem correspondence to be excessive or beyond our usual scope; we will advise you at a certain point that any further questions, or support will need to be billed at our standard hourly rate of $75 per hour.

Website updates and maintenance

When you need to make changes to your content or website features, we are very happy to provide quick and accurate updates to your existing website.

If you have several content changes or are in need of adding or replacing entire sections of your website, we will give you a time and cost estimate to complete those changes before work can begin. All updates are billed at our hourly rate of $75 per hour.  We bill all updates in 30 minute increments.

If you require time sensitive important updates to be completed, please check with us first so we can be sure to fit you into our schedule. If we receive update requests on a Friday, we cannot guarantee that they will be completed by end of business that same day.

We do not support Content Management Systems (CMS) beyond WordPress. If you are using an unsupported or outdated CMS; we won’t be able to provide documentation or support.

Technical support

When you are having difficulties with your website or WordPress Content Management system, we are able to provide assistance in most instances. Even if we do not have knowledge of a particular item, we can research the subject and provide suggestions and advice.

Please understand that website technical support and any professional website advice that we provide may be billed at our standard hourly rate of $75 per hour. We can provide a rough time estimate in certain cases for technical support but this is not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure that work is performed as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that you will be given first or highest priority over other clients due to other commitments, or deadlines that may need to be met.

WordPress updates

WordPress requires periodic updates to the software and also associated plugins that enhance the features of websites. Updates generally range from new enhanced features or security updates that help protect against vulnerabilities.

CTI Creative Group strives to give our clients the best options available for when the WordPress software needs updated.

Below are the options we are able to offer for WordPress software updates:

NEW WEBSITES

We provide all updates to the WordPress software and any associated plug-ins free of charge for the period of one full year after your website is launched. This includes backups of your website and all its content.

After one year you have the following options.

OPTION 1

If you are a website hosting customer of CTI Networks and choose our $50 /per month “Peace of Mind” hosting plan, we will update the WordPress software, any associated plugins and perform a complete backup of your site before we perform the software update to ensure a fallback point. This hosting plan is named peace of mind because if you have any content updates in the future, this plan covers all updates. No need to worry about being billed for each and every update.

SECURITY

We take website security very seriously. We install security software into your WordPress CMS that helps prevent hacking attempts. We will update this software as well when needed. When we update your website, we will backup your website files and MySQL database files before any updates to ensure there is a fall back point in the event that the software does not properly update.

CUSTOMIZED PLUGINS

If plugins have been customized for your website they may be considered extra and will be billed at our website design hourly rate to update them. We will only update these plugins if they are no longer functioning. There is no guarantee that plugins developed by open source developers will always be supported in the future. We are not responsible for ensuring that plugins will always function properly. If they do fail or become unsupported, we will do our best to find an alternative plugin that is supported and reliable. In the event that a plugin or widget is no longer supported or updated, we are not responsible to absorbing the costs involved in finding an alternative solution.

OPTION 2

If you do not want to increase your hosting plan but still wants CTI Creative Group to perform WordPress and plugin updates. We can do so but at our standard hourly rate of $75 per hour. We do not automatically update your software will only update the WordPress software upon your request. You can send us WordPress update requests at: support@cticreativegroup.com.

OPTION 3

By default, after one year of free updates for new websites, we do NOT update the WordPress software and we ask each of our clients to select either option 1 or 2. If a client chooses option 3, the following applies:

Client’s website will not be updated for any reason.

If at any point the client’s website becomes broken or is compromised by malicious code due to the WordPress software, or associated plugins being outdated. The client is fully responsible for all costs associated with removing malicious code and performing WordPress Updates.  We can provide you with a time and cost estimate required to resolve the problem. Repairs and updates are billed at our hourly rate of $75 per hour.

Any lost content or features are the client’s responsibility to replace.

Clients have the option to update the WordPress software themselves if they are tech savvy and have administrative user access. However, if the software fails to update or if any aspect of the website becomes broken due to client attempted updates, we will charge the client our hourly rate or $75 per hour to fix the problem. Customers also are responsible for website and database backups with this option.

Copyrights

You guarantee that any elements of text, info-graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for inclusion in your web site are owned by you or are permissible for public use in accordance with copyright law.

When we receive your final payment for a website project, copyright is automatically assigned as follows:

You own the graphics and other visual elements that we create for you. You also own text content, photographs and other data you provided, unless someone else owns them.

We own the HTML markup, CSS and other code and we license it to you for use only on this project.

We love to show off our work and share what we have learned with other people, so we also reserve the right to display and link to your completed project as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on web sites, in blog articles and in books about web design. Please indicate, at the time of contract signing, if you would not like to have your web site mentioned or used as a portfolio piece.

Our rates and payment policy

NEW WEBSITES & WEBSITE REDESIGNS

We want to provide you with the absolute best value for the financial investment in your web site. We help to ensure the cost of a website is easier to manage by splitting the cost into 2 payment amounts.

The First initial ½  payment will be due when you sign a website contract.

The final payment will be due after signing the website launch approval form at the completion of your project.

Final payment must be received by CTI Networks, Inc. before your new website will be made live to the web.

Be aware that any delay in payment at any point during the project can delay the progress and scheduled launch date of the website. We cannot move a website project forward until payment has been received.

WEBSITE UPDATES

We offer two options for all website updates.

Option 1

Website updates are billed at our hourly rate of $75 per hour. These updates are split up into half hour increments. We also provide an estimate up front so you know what the cost will be.

Option 2

If you select our “Peace of Mind” hosting plan for $50 per month. We provide the peace of mind to you that all your updates are covered with this plan.  So there no need to worry about how much you need to budget for each and every update.

FEES AND RATES

We provide simple to understand rates.

All consultation, updates, design, development, etc. are billed at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. This can be split into half hour increments if work takes less than one hour to complete.

Domain Name Registration: $15/year

(you will be responsible for renewing your website domain each year)

Website Hosting:

  • Basic WordPress Hosting at: $15 per month

All WordPress updates, associated plugins and content are billed separately at our hourly rate of $75 per hour.

  • Peace of Mind WordPress Hosting at: $50 per month

This plan it covers all your WordPress updates, any associated plugins, and all content updates you may have.

Website suspension policy

In the event of an unpaid outstanding balance on your account, we will make attempts to contact you either by phone or via Email to work out a payment arrangement.

For clients who have had their account put on hold or suspended due to nonpayment there is no fee for reinstating your website. Once we have received your full payment due, we will reinstate your account and make your website live to the web again.

For clients who have shown to be repeat offenders, or their account has gone past three months of nonpayment. The client’s website will be removed from our servers and the files archived. If the client does, contact us later to have their hosting and website reinstated. There will be a $50 reinstatement fee on top of the past due balance to reinstate the clients hosting and website services.

Termination of services

If you the client change his/her mind about working with CTI Creative Group & CTI Networks, Inc. during the course of the web design or development phase, the client will be responsible for the amount of work already completed. Which usually entails the first ½ payment for the project. This mostly depends on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation, this may mean receiving a partial refund, no refund, or owing additional fees.

Refusal of service
